At Space Coast Concepts, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If something arrives with a print defect, damage, or any other quality issue, we'll make it right.
30-Day Quality Guarantee
If your order has a manufacturing defect — misprints, damaged materials, incorrect items shipped, or any other quality issue — you're covered for a free return or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out to us with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll take care of it.
What's Covered:
- Misprints or print defects
- Damaged or defective materials
- Incorrect item received
- Any other manufacturing quality issue
What's Not Covered:
Since every item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Accidental or duplicate orders
- Items that don't match personal expectations of fit, color, or style (please review our sizing guide and product photos carefully before ordering)
How to Request a Return
Email us at contact@spacecoastconcepts.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We'll review your request and follow up with next steps — typically a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
